      Daniel Frost
      Birth: Sep. 12, 1812 Death: Jan. 14, 1892 from rr: Daniel Frost, Sr., died at his home near New Monmouth last Thursday afternoon at the age of 79 years. He had been sick but nine days. When first attacked his sickness was thought to be but a mild cold, but it quickly developed in acute bronchitis, from which he died as above stated. Mr. Frost was born in the house in which he died, which has been in the possession of the Frost from more than two hundred years. He was a farmer by occupation and a very successful one. He leaves a widow and nine children, four sons and five daughters. His widow, before her marriage to Mr. Frost, was Miss Catherine Herbert. The funeral took place from his late residence on Monday afternoon at one o'clock. The services were conducted by Rev. Charles D. Buck and Rev. Wm. V. Wilson. The interment was made in Fair View cemetery. Mr. Frost's death is the first that has occurred in his family. Red Bank Register, Wed., Jan. 20, 1892
