HENDRICKSON, WILLIAM of Middeltown, Mon. Co., "yeoman, Being very sick and weak in body." Dated Apr. 2, 1711. Proved by oath of William Brotherwick and Eliz: Sydenham, wits., that they saw Cornelius Dooren and Barns Lambertfon sign; before Thomas Gordon, Surrogate, June 14th, 1711. Directs: "that my Executors ... shall sell my moveables and Land Mill horfes Orchard Meadow and after "... Debts paid to put the money out to vfe for my Children till they shall Come of age and then to be Divided "amongst them only my Eldeft son Gifbert Hendrickson to haue forty shillings more then the reft and my youngeft son "Daniel Hendrickson to have twenty pounds more then the reft and the others to go Equal alike"; "till my Land and "mill and Houfe and orchard shall be sold the Rent that it shall bring in to be put out to vfe and then to be Divided "among my Children when they shall Come to age"; "but in Cafe that any of my Children Die before they shall Come "to age ... any of my sons before he is at the age of twenty one years or any of my Daughters before the age "of eighteen or married that ... part shall be Divided amongst the rest"; "in Cafe that any of my Executors ... "shall Die before my Land is Sold that any one of them shall have full power to sell my land and Divide my Eftate amongst "my Children ... or to Chvfe another Executor if they fee Cavfe." No marker exists for Willem. This cemetery was desecrated by the Beau Ridge Homeowners Association and now no marker exist for any of those family and friends that were interred there.
