Saturday May 6, 1905 Mrs. Fanny Hobdy,After an illness of several months, Mrs. Fanny Hobdy, wife of Bud Hobd y, died of consumption at her home near Portland Wednesday night at 10 o'c lock. Her funeral was preached by Dr. E. N. Dicken of the Baptist Chur ch Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock, and the internent followed at the O ld Fountain Head Cemetery. Mrs. Hobdy was thirty-five years of age, w as a kind-hearted Christian woman, and loved by all who knew her. the fam ily surviving consists of the husband and four little daughters, who ha ve the deepest sympathy of neighbors and friends."
