Joseph Jones McCraw owned land on the Tennessee side of Drakes Creek in Sumner Co., while Sarah's parnets Abraham and Charlotte Hendricks owned land on the Kentucky side of Drakes Creek in what was then Simpson Co. and apparently the McCraw home was bulit right on the KY-TN State line. Several of the McCraw children list Kentucky and Tennessee as their birth place at differnt times on the different census records. - [S14] 1850 United States Census Images, (Ancestry.com), Cass Co., MO., Dist. 16, p. 59, Im. 1 of 134.
