We know from Drusilla Hendricks's account that the first wife died in 1828. We are assigning the first five children to the first wife and the rest to the second wife, Nancy with the assumption that the first wife died while bearing Eleanor, whose birthyear is deduced as 1828 from the 1850 Taney Co., Missouri Census,which lists her age as 22.
